Difference in Fortron 350w @ Newegg?

Does anyone know what the difference is between the two 350w Fortons? They are both model FSP350-60PN but one is $36 and the other is $55. From looking at the pictures they look the same, so what's with the price difference?

The difference is the 120mm fan.

"Fan(s): 1x 120mm LED Fan, Manual and built in 3 stages Noise Killer fan speed control"

From the description, the $55.00 fan has a LED and has some form of a manual speed control.

The more expensive one has an external fuse holder. They both have a 120mm fan.
