Serious error message

I have just loaded my new PC with win xp and office xp. My PC also have a LG
DVD rewriter and LG CDROM 52x and a sound card. The mother board is Aopen
s651m. "After booting up the system a message always appear on the screen:
The system has recovered from a serous error"
The error signature is: BCCode:a BCP1:0008000c BCP2:000000FF BCP3:00000000
BCP4:804e9da9 OSVer:5_1_2600 SP:0_0 Product: 256_1

The computer works after clicking ok and dont send . Any help?
