Need a QUIET Power Supply....

Fortron has a power supply labled "350W" but it peaks at around 420W (most other brands are rated at peak, Fortron at max continuous load). The advantage is that is uses a 120mm "smart" fan, which can operate at lower RPM while providing adequate cooling. These only cost $36 at Newegg.
