My Windows Explorer application quit working entirely. When I try to launch
it I get the following error message: "Explorer.exe - Application Error. the
instruction at 0x02b90065 referenced memory at 0x0000000, the memory could
not be "written."

I cannot launch any explorer shortcut or control panel. Can anyone help me?
