What I want is a well constructed case that has:
1. minimum of 4 external 5-1/4 and 1 3.5 ext drive bays.
2. minimum 4 internal 3.5 drive bays
3 Front or topside firewire and usb 2.0.
4. removable mobo tray that slides out the back with the back of the case
5. Good cooling
6. Good quality
7. Does not need power supply. Preferably does not have one unless the psu is a quality unit.

Does any case fit all these requirements?

Well, then I have the perfect case for you:
The Kingwin KT-424-S
I bought this case a few days ago and am very happy with it, it is big, with removable tray USB and firewire on the front (no PSU) and you can also find it in black and with a window.
The only downside of this case is that it squeaks a little when moving it (not a lot though).

Is the firewire a passthrough or does it connect to the motherboard directly?

definatly the Antec AMGPerformanceplus 1080AMG which ive had for about 4 months. the build quality is amazing and the cooling and 430watt psu is excellent.

I also have good experience with Kingwin Case. They are very similar to Lian-Li case.

The P160 looks like what I need. Are there any concerns with antec quality? Where can I find it. Do you know of any reviews of the case?

Antec make the best quality cases. there is absoluty not doubt about that. They use a method called Hardtooling which gives perfect cuts about there case. Many cheaper companies use softtooling which doesnt make for a good case.

As for reviews, the case has only just been released so it will take a couple of months to come out. i can assure you that anyhting antec makes it the best of quality
