I have an Antec TruePower 430W PS. Will it work with:

Asus PC-DL Deluxe motherboard
2 Xeon 2.8/533
ATI Radeon 9700 video card
ATI TV Wonder TV Tuner
MSI Logic U160 SCSI Controller
PCI LAN Adapter
1 SCSI Hard drive
4 IDE hard drives
2 SATA hard drives
And many, many, many fans...

probly enough power but you might want to check the specs of that mobo. server boards sometimes have a specific power connnector. two extra pins on the atx pin block i believe.
