HI i've been trying to install Simcity 4 deluxe edition and so i first insert disk 1 and that works A-ok and then i insert disc two and it keeps on installing until it reaches 74.66% where it says (not responding) at the top and does nothing. I have tried to re-install 4 times, same effect each time. Any advice?

Bad disk??
