yes thats 2 high.... should never be greater than +/- 5% out of spec othwise u can end up with odd issues... your core voltage is high too are u overclocking? what cpu you running?

nope, not over clocking (on this computer anyways). My cpu is a AMD Athlon XP 2700.

It's high, but not too high to worry about. Better high than low for stability. It's not so high as to blow out parts, so it's fine.
