my computer style is AT and i plan to update my computer without change the monitor...
so i got some question to ask everybody....
hope my friends can help me.....

Q1:How to buy a suitable power supply to make sure your computer run in stable situation?
Q2:and how to know or count the watt of our computer need?
Q3:are the AT power supply can support the ATX mainboard?

I'll assume you're using an ATX case with the AT style backplate and power supply. You can swith to an ATX power supply in that situation, but you also have to buy a new power button (or make one, or use the reset button for power, etc).
ATX power supplies are the same size as AT
1) Buy a Fortron Source from Newegg
2) Just get a larger one than you need
