My system (stats below) has always been rock solid with the stock 350 PSU that came with my case. I currently have about 400GB across 4 hard drives and with the other hardware, I worry about the PSU being stressed. However, my APC LS 500 says its pulling about 200 watts and has never peaked over 221. Does anyone know how accurate that is? Does this really mean my PC is only pulling 221 watts from the PSU and I have head room to hook up more stuff? I plan on getting a 450 watt or higher when I upgrade my video card of course, I just wonder if I'm in a danger zone at the moment. Thanks guys.

hmm, don't know how accurate that is, but I can tell you that most power supplies don't put out their rating, so I wouldn't add TOO much new equipment to that system.

Yeah, I know that's a lot of stuff for a 350 watt PSU. It gets warm, but not hot, so I guess that's a good indication as to where it stands.
