Black Screen while gaming

Hi,

Ive been getting a black screen then no sound then a lock up of my pc while playing BF3, after this happens i have to restart my pc, it can happens anytime during gaming, any help?

my pc is...

Intel Core i5 750 2.67GHz
P55A-UD5 Motherboard
4 GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6950 Direct CU II 1GB Driver Ver: 8.911.0.0
64 Bit Win 7
PSU Thermaltake 850W

This hapens just with Bf 3 ?

yes ive played COD4 all day today and no problem, just seems to happen in BF3!
