Quietest CPU and Case Fan?

I'm looking for 2 80 mm Case Fans and a CPU fan for my P4 CPU but I would like them to be as quiet but still effect. A few that I have seen have been really loud. Anyone have any ideas?

thermaltake Smart fan II are good all around fans
SVC has good selection / price if your in the States

I continue to beleive that the Panaflow are the quietest of the 80mm fans that are availaible.
