GFWL doesn't launch.

"A required Windows component is disabled on your machine."
This is what I get when I launch GFWL. If I can't log into GFWL, I can't save in Batman Arkham City. I know there is a lot of threads about this everywhere, but I'm just so frustrated and too tired to search for it. I've been trying to figure out what is wrong ever since I woke up.
I uninstall all GFWL related software (Microsoft Games for Windows - LIVE Redistributable... Microsoft Games for Windows Marketplace... Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant... and restart and reinstall them, still the same. Gave me the same message "A required Windows component is disabled on your machine."
