SKYRIM WON\'T install

so excited, the thing i wanted most of all for christmas, and now the damn thing wont start. i put the disk into the pc drive, and NOTHING happens.

Your not really sharing a great deal of information here so the help I can provide is limited. All I could say is click on "Computer" and under "devices with removable storage" it should say Skyrim. If it does, click on it and it should run the installation. If not, then click on it and try and find "Install" or "Install wizard" somewhere amongst the files and click on that to run the installation manually. I hope some of this has helped.

is your game a PC version? not xbox/ps3?

He said PC drive (DVD Drive) so I imagine so.

Go to my computer and in the CD/DVD drive, you'll see the Skyrim icon. Right click on it and select autoplay, or just double click on the icon. If this doesn't work, check with any other disks and see if they show the same problem.
