Any Car game better than NFS Most Wanted.

I have recently got NFS the run and well pretty average game, for some reason I have never like any other game in the NFS series after the most wanted cze every new title they release is customization-less.

Is there any game like NFS most wanted where you can just totally customize your cars urban street racing style nd enjoy it like an arcade game.

Midnight Club LA had open world racing and customization. Its a great game but it can get hard sometimes. Nothing beats NFS Most Wanted for racing games this gen though.
