Half life is good but Duke is the best. I know the thing is dated and looks crappy by todays standards but Duke has attiude! Before I knew how to kill them the "Suck it down" guys and the Big old T-Rex screaming sounding monsters gave me nightares. Is the new DNF ever going to be done?

Quake is ok but what is up with that stupid jump sound? HUNGH HUNGH HUNGH

Why UT if your a lonely sole? Its still good for net play, same as Q3. I think DOOM would be good if your a lonely sole. Unless of course you have a non winmodem or a local lan for Direct play.

If its tourist season, why can't we shoot them? :lol:

Now this may show just how messed up my friends and I are, but one day we decieded to play doom2 network play. Now this was just back in December. I dont think DOOM2 was made for 10/100 networks. Something about every one runs very very fast. Its hillarious to watch though because every one playing had atleast a 500Mhz processor. When playing the other players just looked like blurs running around the level. So give this a try sometime if you really need a laugh! :lol:

If its tourist season, why can't we shoot them? :lol:

Out of the two games I prefer Quake 3, but the AI on the game is poor. If you play in easy mode, The bot, just run away from you, if you play in hard mode, they can get you fron the other end of the level with the rail gun. So, replace them with other people, and its great.

UT on the other hand has a great set of weapons that can be used to do weapon combos etc, but the levels are kinda poor. Dont get me wrong, they are brilliant from a artistic point of view, but dont exactly contribute towards gameplay. if anything, they slow you down.

IMHO UT is the better game, I finished Q3 on hard in oneweekend, most of the net players seem to be kids. UT has more depth and the net players are generally more skilled.

How can you comment on bad level design? Facing worlds in UT is the dogs danglies.

Look at the size of that thing!

The Castle level was good, but others like the ship! that is the stupidest thing i've ever seen.
