Enermax PSU Question

I am using an Asus mobo P4C800-E Deluxe with Intel 875P/3.2 and am considering using a 460 watt PSU by Enermax model EG465P-VE(FC). This PSU's fan is controlled by the mobo, is this PSU ok for this application. Also is this PSU ATA ready. I will be using a SATA150 HD.
