I've been noticing some strange happenings on my computer, it's wired into a router and connected to a consumer DSL line. The only other computer on this local network is a laptop of mine that occasionally connects wirelessly...

The goal is, can anyone name a program or method to monitor ALL the network traffic on my computer? Connections, which ports, bandwidth being used, etc. The more information the better! I want to see if I can track down the source of this fishiness.

Thanks in advance.

Good place to start is just to go to the command prompt and type netstat. That will list all the current open connections with their port numbers. You can then lookup the port numbers and see if they are fishy :)
