Crysis underscanning

Getting underscaling by 30% I am trying to run the game in 1920x1080 60Hz on my monitor NOT HDTV...
Crossfire 68701GB
i5 2500k 4.5Ghz
windows 7 professional 64bit
using HDMI cable
I have CCC settings for underscan at 0% so it fills my screen other games work fine... it seems like everytime I start crysis it turns off my monitor and back on probably because it does not take effect of the changes in CCC?

No need I fixed it by running in custom res of 1920x1076 if anyone has a better fix please post it... I searched google 20 different ways maybe...
