Server PSU

I am looking to build a media server soon that will run a RAID 5 array. This means lots of disks.
The spec will be something like:
AMD 2000+
5 HDD’s in RAID
1 HDD for the OS
1 DVD drive
1 CDRW
A couple of fans.

I am thinking of this PSU here[url].
Will it be ok??

Or is there something totally different I could use??
