Does my PSU have enough juice

Im putting a new system together. I was trying to figure out if I "NEED" a stronger power supply.

System Specs:
AMD64 3200
ASUS KV8 Deluxe MB
SB Audigy (White Box)
80 GB Sata HD
7 Case Fans

USB Items:
FFB2 Joystick
Logitech MX cordless combo
Belkin N52 Speed Pad

Im using an SPI Sparkle 350 Watt

Will that give enough juice to run the system? I don't plan on doing and O/C right now.

Thanks for your time.

More about does juice
  1. Yes

  2. It should, SPI gets their units from the FSP Group.

  3. 7 case fans is a lot if you aren't overclocking.
  4. FSP group has good psu's your saying then? I just got the fortron 350W and was wondering if the 12v 16a was enough to run a decent system and OC some
