Direct X errors on all dx games.

Hello i have a i7 2600k 8gb ram two gtx 560 2gb in sli a asus gene-z rampage IV with Win 7 professional. Whenever i try to play a game with dx (first it was batman arkham city then tribes ascend) i get a error saying C:\system32\XINPUT1_3.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. I have re installed batman arkham city twice. Ran the dx setup in the folder. Updated dx and installed the end user run time to no avail. PLease help

I also just cleaned my registry which didnt help either. Ive ran as admin...run in compatibility for all os from windows.

is this a new build or has the problem started presenting itself with Batman AC only?

it happens with every dx game. Yes my pc is a new build

try installing games for windows live. as xinput1_3.dll is part of the package and is the library for the game controller.get it here http://www.microsoft.com/games/en-us/live/pages/livelaunch.aspx or use the 1 in the redist folder of the installed game. remember to run as adminas as you should fro all installers on win 7
