The Taskbar feature "Customize Notifications" still has tons of programs
listed that are no longer installed on my PC. Is their anyway to refresh or
update the list so that the clutter is removed? Is there a registry
location that someone could point me to that holds that info that can I can
edit? I am running XP Home with all patches and Service Packs applied.

Thanks

Awesome, that did it, thank you for the help. Now why cant they just put a
command in the "right-click" drop down menu.....oh well, maybe "LongHorn"
will add that feature (grin).

Thanks again.
