I'm looking for a new PSU because my old is amazingly loud. I need something thats pretty quiet. My specs are:

Athlon xp2000+
Nforce mobo
geforce 3 ti500
512 mb DDR
1 cd-rom drive
It doesn't have a lot so i don't think i need a lot of power, would 300W be enough? Right now im looking at either a truepower or a nexus nx. Any advice would be appreciated.

A name brand 300 Watt will be enough.
