how do i setup my right analog stick on my Logitech pc F310 gamepad to work with my game

it depends on the game. if it supports dual sticks or not... you can use apps like XPADDER look around the older versions are free and work as well as the newer payed version on most games.
xpadder will let you configure the controls you want independent of the game and will sit as a layer between your controller and the game.. as far as i know there is no impact on game performance so you should be fine and lag free.
