Is 350w enough?

Im getting a new rig and Iam not sure if the ps that comes with the case is enough. This is what I have:
Abit "NF7" mobo
AMD 2500+ "Barton"
2x 512mb Kingston Valueram PC2700
Sapphire Radeon 9800pro 128mb
cd/dvd rom
cd/dvd burner
If Im not planing on oc'in will 350w be ok?
