athlon 64 psu?

I got an athlon 64 3200,
512 3200 ram
ti4200 grfx card
160 gb maxtor
80 gb ibm
1 cdrw
1 cd

I currently have a 350 watt psu, and my system keeps crashing and then refuses to boot up again. I suspect the psu is the problem. Any1 out there who knows how much power i need? what do you guys need for your athlon 64 systems?
