Ok so I cut holes in the top of my case so i could fit 2x120mm fans in the top, problem is that I used a hack saw to cut the holes....and well the holes are a bit pants. Does any one know where I could get some kind of power tool that can file down mild steel?

Borrow a Dremel (small handheld unit great for polishing, filing and cutting for that matter). There everywhere

assuming pants means bad...
you can get attatchments for power drills that have grining bits on them for that.

A die grinder would be perfect, but lacking anything that powerfull a Dremel tool is a good substitute.

You could use a grinding tool on a drill, but the slow speed would result in a rougher edge.
