I've just changed the 4th power supply for my PC, somehow my previous 3 power just dead...the very first one die after 2 days...I sew was just a bad luck so changed the 2nd one, but it only last me 2 weeks than gone...then I sew must be my power point at home...so I went to bought a power shock resistor to stable my voltage flow...this time the 3rd power last me about 3~4 month I went for a holiday for 2 weeks, I've shout down the power from the PC, didn't turn off the power from the powerpoint...Today I can't turn the PC on....strange I've open the power to check if there is any burn marks and chekc the surge fuse is still fine, nothing is burn....but just can't power on...I've changed the 4th power into my PC now....hope it last me abit longer......

maybe your buying crap power supplies and they are just being pushed too hard.

the power is CWT (Channel Well Technology 400W), maybe they are crap, but could it be happening to all 3 power? I believe the chance is very low right?

you used the same brand everytime? its very possible that your computer is drawing too much and killing that pos power supply. who ever heard of them?

45.5k mark? 85 dollars went a long way. So did that extra 15 dollars for cooling my video card.
