BF3 how to fix no ping problem?

I can't see my ping but I can see others. Are there ay fix that allow me to see my ping?

Basically just lower the slider until you start rubberbanding, then increase it incrementally. Might need to adjust server-by-server but most people find that 1/3 of the bar is a happy medium.
