power supply suggestion

Hi, I currently want to buy a new ps and after reading all the power supply reviews, I do not know which one to buy becuase there are too many power supplies but some are not up to date.

So I'm helpless while choosing from different power supply. I wish you guys can help me out. I want to buy a power supply that is silent, over 400 Watts, efficient, stable(better with new connectors), and price range up to 80 to 100.

All rails are stable, plus you can adjust the fan speed to your liking. Not a bad deal if you ask me.

Is it a slient power supply? I heard seasonic, enermax and thermaltake are pretty silent.
