Help me find new PSU

OK, thinking about replacing my power supply. Currently haev the Antec Smart Blue 350 that came with my case. Wanting to go up to a 400-500, but wanting quiter. I figure getting a 400 will be quieter in general, as I will be farther from max load, but other things, like going to a 120mm fan in the PSU to help decrease sound even more, woudl be great. Must power this setup:

Asus P4P800 Deluxe
2x512MB Corsair PC3200
Intel P4 2.8C with stock HSF(going to replace this for sound too)
2xSeagate 40GB 7200RPM ATA100(striped)
Plextor 40x12x40 CDRW
Pioneer 16x DVD
Asus Wifi 802.11b daughter card
Radeon 9800 Pro OC'd to 422/363
VGA Silencer
Antec 80MM Blue LED case fan
Vantec Nexus Fan controller

WIll probably add one more blue lighting(cathode or LED, haven't decided) in case, but that shoudln't really affect draw.

The kicker on this is that I still want Blue LEDs in the PSU. SO far I've only found two options(well, five, but four are slight variations on same one), that being the Antec True 480 Blue,and the Thermaltake whose model name/number I can't find, but one of their silent ones, single 12CM fan, and blue LEDs. Figure the Thermaltake would be quietest of the two,b ut want more options. here's summary
