i bought a dell inspiron 64bit laptop with windows 7 home basic o.s .Now i want to change my o.s to windows xp. please help me ,i will be very thankfull to you ....many soft wares are not being installed in windows 7 home basic.

Name one of the many softwares which does not install on Windlows 7. Before installing windows XP, check DELL's online product page of the system for Windows XP drivers if available.

The softwares which did not installed in my windows 7 home basic are ORACLE 10g,ORACLE11g,TERADATA V12,INFORMATICA 8.6. but these softwares are installed in windows xp . I don't know the reason why.
Can you please tell me what is the diff between 32bit and 64bit.

I am not familiar with the software, but this software has 32 and 64 bit versions and does not mention Windows 7 support. Contact their tech support and ask if Windows 7 is supported.
