Molex Connector?

I have a shuttle sff and the PSU that came with it has 3 molex connectors. Two look fine but the third one looks kinda weird. It has two ground/black and one +12V/yellow but its missing a +5V/Red wire. This molex is not connected to anything but i was wondering what its for and can it be used normally? thanx in advance for the info.

It LOOKS like that might be what they use instead of an ATX 12V connector in the P4 XPCs. See:
