Games flicker when I play them in Windowed Fullscreen mode

Hello everyone,
This only recently started happening, about two weeks ago, Starcraft, and other games, flicker when I put them into windowed mode. The reason this is a problem is I need to put them into windowed mode in order to stream. I was thinking about getting a second graphics card with CrossFireX to fix this, but I am not sure if that would work. If someone could just help me figure out how to stream in fullscreen, that would be another way around this problem. TYVM in advance.

Does it still flicker when you minimize and re maximize the game window? You might also want to tinker with different resolutions and see if you can get the flickering to go away.

Is it a flicker or tearing? Try turning vsync on and see if it helps.

This started happening when vsync was on, and I have tried turning it back on and it still does it, I'm not sure what tearing is, but what it does is it flashes black for like half a second every like 10 seconds or so, it is playable, but extremely irritating. I would like to stream, but it bothers me a lot.

It does, I will try tinkering with different resolutions when I get home, but I don't really want to play in a lowered resolution, I will try it though. Thanks
