Which OS is better for my system, Win 7 64 or 32bit?

Hello,
I am planning to buy this computer, and I cannot decide whether I shall get Win 7 64bit or 32bit with it. And more generally, do I need win 6 64 bit at all?
Also, any general thoughts about this configuration? Anything looking weird/needs upgrading/downgrading?
I am a gamer (20 hours a week; Stalker, Starcraft, Farcry, DeadSpace etc), occasionally run Photoshop, Sony Vegas, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD.
Thanks!

Any comments on my system though
(may be I need to post it elsewhere...)
Good system, but I don't recommend the Asetek 550LC as it is outperformed by normal air coolers and there are reports of it leaking.

I'm assuming you didn't just buy this as this would be out dated in a few months with the release of Sandy Bridge. If you couldn't wait until then, it's a fine system for now.
