Quake & Starcraft Can't Be Played On Other Than An Adminis..

I'm new to newsgroups and my question has been probably answered before, but
could someone please answer this post with instructions on how to configure
Windows XP so these (and probably other) games can be played under a
"limited account." Now, other users of my computer i.e. my kids have to play
on my account, a less than desirable situation.
