Disk read error windows 7

Hello,
I have a custom gaming pc and mid game it freezes and and nothing responds so I have to reboot which doesn't do it any good

It comes up the a disk read error ctr alt del problem and takes multiple reboots to start up normally, in the event viewer it sais the usual computer didn't shut down properly message, but has 10/20 error message. Saying something technical and alias of numbers in brackets. E,g ( 234725472)

I belive you HD have some problem, with may cause the read errors, try changing it, i also belive this question doesn't belong to PC Gaming forum ^^;
