Idea on heat exhaust

I dont know if anyone has applied this idea to removing heat from a radiator for water cooling but...Using the same idea as having the hot air removed from the cpu through those plastic "pipes" the ones that dell uses and other computer builders. Would it be a good idea to do the same thing for radiators in water cooling setups, specifically dual rads? I would be using the front case fan to expel the hot air.
