I fell in love with origins but a few weeks ago it began trouble shooting when i played as girl i checked to make sure my computer and everything was in the clear if someone can help me please do

You will have to be a little more clear about what is happening. Does the game start? Can you play for any period of time before the issue starts? What exactly does it begins troubleshooting mean, Crashing to desktop, getting any error messages? Have you recently installed any mods for it?

It crashes to desktop with a error message, and the game will start but once you pick your person it crashes and no , i havent installed any mods lately.
