I am running XP Home SP2. Often, but not always, when I try to open up the
[All Programs] list in the [start] menu, it can take up to 10 sec before it
will fill in the list of programs. Everything else seems to run just fine.

I've already check the obvious (adware, etc). Adding more RAM did nothing
to speed this up.

Any Idea?
