Hello - please help if you have a sec.

I have an ANTEC p160 case.

I am having some trouble putting in the 5.25 devices with the sliders provided, namely a samsung CD drive and (worryingly) the front panel for my ANTEC truepower PSU.

With sliders attached to the side of these devices, there is simply not enough room to get them in the slots provided.

I have tried inserting from the front and the back (ahem) and have the sliders arranged with the metal flap pointing to the front and away from the device, as instructed.

Did you pull the front panel off before trying to install the drives?

..nope.

Foolish me. I was following word for word the instructions that came with the case.

Does the front come off easily?

It should just snap off. Usually, the only thing you need to do is give it a little tug.

Get a couple tow straps, hook one under the edge of your front panel and to the back of a car, the other to your power supply hole to a tree, and let 'er rip!
