BF3.. freezing

hey so i recently got bf3... and i beat the campaign and started playing multi player but lately i've been freezing like online for about 10-15 minutes gameplay i just randomly freeze and the game freezes and can still exit the game CTRL+ALT+DEL still works... but the game doesn't?
i've tried this on other games like MW3 no freeze, SC2 no freeze, and skyrim.
i've ran stability tests on my cpu using prime95 and S&M also using AMD overdrive Stability test, i o.ced from bios.
Avr temp is it goes to 60 degrees for alittle then drops gradually into high 40's for 1hr on ea.
On my GPU test i ran it for 1hr and highest temps was 79 degrees on first gpu card and 63 degrees on 2nd.
and b4 it worked perfectly like for a while... my avr fps for 6850 crossfire was 55 FPS average on ULTRA setting everything maxed.

specs:
AMD FX-6100 (4.4ghz 1.4125V i've tried using higher and lower voltages)
Corsair H60 cooler
6850 crossfire (850/1150)
patriot G2 series ram
corsair TX850M
gigabyte 990fxa-ud3

Try increasing voltage on your graphics cards. They are more likely the culprit than the CPU. Does it freeze with crossfireX disabled?
