PS voltage question?

I have an Antec True 380 ps, my 12v is rated for 18a max, how many watts does that translate into?? I only ask because i'm getting a Geforce 6800, and they have a demanding ps requirements (not the insane rumors, but still higher power consumption) and I want to oc it to Ultra speeds, if my PS can supply 60 watts on the 12v line then it will have adequite power and it won't underclock.
