Bluetooth keyboard won't work in BIOS. Need help

I recently built a new system and have been using a wireless mouse and keyboard. I just hooked up my Rocketfish bluetooth mouse and keyboard http://www.amazon.com/Rocketfish-Wireless-Multimedia-Bluetooth-Keyboard/dp/B0015G9WIO with an IOGear USB 2.1 bluetooth adapter http://www.amazon.com/IOGear-Bluetooth-Micro-Adapter-GBU421/dp/B0018O9JIG and it works fine in windows 7 64 bit. However, when I try to boot up into the bios on my EVGA p55 SLI, nothing happens. When Windows boots up to the login screen, it takes about 30 seconds for my mouse and keyboard to become responsive.

Both the mouse and keyboard use HID. Do I need to change some BIOS setting for the keyboard to work in DOS or what?

Does the keyboard manufacturer make DOS drivers? If not, get a wired keyboard. Simple as that.
