GTA Sanandreas is running extremely slow

I Just installed a cracked. no-cd version of GTA Sanandreas on my Windows Vista Service Pack 1 - 32Bit with 2GB RAM and 1.47GHz. I'm trying to play the game but it lags like ******* hell. It is sooo slow!!! I turned all the settings in advanced options to low, and disabled "limit framerate". I even uninstalled my anti-virus which is AVG, i set the priority or gta-sa.exe to "High" via Task Manager. I ran the game in "Windows 98/Me compatibility mode. Ran the game as administrator and everything. It's just no matter what i do, the game simply won't run correctly. I can run it fine on my Windows 7 64 Bit with 4GB service pack 1 with 2.10GHz. I really really want to run the game with this computer, PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME I SEE SO MANY PEOPLE WITH EVEN MORE SHITTIER PC'S THEN ME AND RUN THE GAME FINE WITH ALL THE SETTINGS IN-GAME SET TO LOW! Who cares, i couldn't find gta sa pc anywhere in at all in my area so i just downloaded it so what

you go online and order it. 1.99 at game and you still wont be able to play it because your machine isnt up to it... infact the best thing for you to do is buy a ps2 and play gta 3.3 on that.
i your pc is crap, get a job and buy a decent pc and buy yer games...
