Samsumg SCH-a670 Ringer Volume Very Low

I have a Samsung SCH-a670 that I just got for Christmas. When I preview
the ring tone in the setup menu, it sounds quite loud, but when someone
actually calls, it is very quiet. How do I adjust this? The volume is
all the way up at Level 5 already.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I have the same problem with the phone. However, it does ring loud enough
for me & it's a great little phone.

Thanks. Does anyone else have this problem? Has anyone found a
solution? Should I try the Verizon Wireless store?

It's a software problem according to the tech at my local VZW store. She did
something with the software & so far the problem is solved.
