It looks like your using integrated graphic which suck for gaming.
How much are you willing to spend and what powersupply do you have (make and model should be a one stick on the side of the unit)?

im ready to spend 3 to 4 thousand rupees for d graphic card I already have a stablelyzer so no need to worry about d voltage. I have a PCIex16 slot so which card should I take. Id prefer nvidia with 1gb 3dvision,hd video nd atleast 8 series nd above

3000-4000INR won't be enough to give you much of a performance boost, considering there aren't too many cards for that price range.

Go AMD/ATi for the low-end cards. NVIDIA doesn't provide much god cards in the low-end market.

You could try a Radeon HD 5670 or a HD 6670, or if the price proves to be too much, you could go for a lower end HD 5570.
5670 and 6670 costs about 5000-6000INR.
5570 costs some thing about 4000-5000.

Oh, and FYI, Spiderman 3 is a poorly coded game. If you experience performance drops or stuttering in areas, blame it on the game.
