Wiring Two PSU? Crashman maybe?

So I am currently working on a case and am extensively modifing it.

I have come to the conclusion that using two power supplies is a better option than building one from scratch.

Two have both power supplies turn on at the same time, do I just need to wire the splice the second PSU's signal wire into the one powering the motherboard ?

I assume this should do the trick, but just want to verfiy? Any noise issues becuase the 2nd PSU won't be plugged into the motherboard (Does the motherboard help filter out any noise, I assume the answer is no)?

Thanks WW, I didn't think of using a relay. Maybe somehow I am not thinking this through clearly. Since the two PSU will be right next to each other, is there any reason why I can't tie the two signals wires together?

Like I said maybe I am forgetting something, but doesn't the green wire just have to be grounded for the PSU to turn on? Why couldn't both green wires be grounded by the motherboard??

I can't think of any reason why connecting the green wires to each other wouldn't work. You can even get inline splicers that tap through the insulation at Radio Shack and most automotive stores. As long as you're not connecting any of the other lines together you shouldn't have any problems.
