New Build: MSI K8N Neo & Raidmax 668W Case Connect

The Raidmax Box has Top mounted Audio and Mic connectors labeled Mic VCC and Mic Data the K8N Neo has conectors labeled AUD_MIC, AUD_GND, AUD_MIC_BIAS,AUD_VCC etc...then a MSI REMINDS YOU...
IF YOU DON'T WANT TO CONNECT TO THE FRONT AUDIO HEADER, PINS 5&6,9&10 HAVE TO BE JUMPERED IN ORDER TO HAVE SIGNAL OUTPUT DIRECTED TO THE READ AUDIO PORTS. OTHERWISE THE LINE-OUT CONNECTOR ON THE BACK PANEL WILL NOT FUNCTION.
My question is which wires go to which connectors and, I do want the front audio header (in this case top of computer case) to work. And I do want to my 5.1 sound system to work also.
